Use the Open tab on the Datasheet window to open a datasheet.

The Datasheet window is populated with existing datasheets that are available for selection.

If you open a datasheet instance from a template modified in Engineering Configuration since the instance was created, this message is displayed:

Prompt that the datasheet template has been modified since the instance was created.

Click Yes to perform a Save Work and update the datasheet to the latest version.

If a datasheet instance is opened by more than one user at the same time, only changes made to tag data can be saved. A message in the datasheet title bar shows which user is holding the datasheet instance opened, and the system Messages window shows more detailed information including username and session details.
