Add Parts and range configuration

The Add Parts window automatically validates the range values to make sure the value entered is checked against the allowed range.

On setting the values for attributes that participate in the counter range configuration, all the rules for counter range configuration run as per their sequence in the configuration till one of the rules passes.

If the provided values passes any rule of the counter range configurations, then only a counter within the maximum and minimum range displayed in the New Tag window can be selected.

If the provided values fail all the rules of the counter range configuration, then the counter type can be selected as Next, First or Override.

If all reserved counters are already taken, then reject create/update operation with an appropriate message is displayed.
