Create Template

Use the Create new drawing template window to create a template.

Type a unique name for the template.

If the name is not unique, an error message displays summarizing the problem.

Once named, draw and annotate the template objects on the blank drawing canvas.Objects on the template drawing canvas are displayed on all drawings which are created from the template. The template is created as a member element of the currently selected template folder on the Setup Explorer. By default, the Graphical Canvas - Symbol Editor tab is displayed.

Use the Attributes window to define the associated drawing template, border and template region.

Border

Displays a list of associated borders that are available for selection.
