The Print Preview tab is used to check the print output of a report.

Click the Print Preview tab to display the first 20 records of a report during report design.

Alternatively, on the Report Designer tab, in the AVEVA group, click Run Report to display the Print Preview tab on the Run Report window.

Note:
If filters are added to a data source this may impact on the performance of previews.
