Team Disciplines

Use the Team Disciplines (ENGI) tab of the Create Team window to select one or more disciplines and assign them to the team (this functionality is also available in the Modify and Copy windows).

Note:
When an interdisciplinary project structure is created or updated, any created discipline teams have the discipline automatically associated with it.

From AVEVA Unified Engineering 3.0, the team disciplines in AVEVA Administration are only used to filter MDBs in the AVEVA Unified Engineering login form. For all AVEVA Unified Engineering functionality, assign disciplines to teams using the Engineer Config module. Refer to Assign Teams for further information.

Discipline Associations

The discipline associations, users, disciplines, and databases, can be included or excluded when a team is copied. Click Copy in the Teams window.

The relationship is implemented by an array of references to disciplines (DISCIS attribute) on a team element.
