Create a PMLOBJ Control FIle

To create a PMLOBJ control file in your customized PMLLIB folder:

1. Copy the native file \PMLLIB\design\commandsCreate\modeldisciplinewheel.pmlcmd to your customized PMLLIB folder.

   Note:
   Replace the design folder as appropriate to the module that is being customized.

   Note:
   You will need to check for modifications made by AVEVA to the native file at each version release.

2. Identify the portion of code in the example and modify the file to include the PML add-in.

   

3. Use the application name defined in the PML add-in definition. For further information, refer to Create a PML Add-in Definition.

4. Use the wheel menu name defined in the context menu. For further information, refer to Add a Context Menu to the UIC File.
