Manage Component Groups Window - Configuration

Manages component groups of streams.

Refer to Autonaming Setup, Unit Sets, Basic Engineering and New Elements for further information.

By default the Manage Component Groups window is empty.

You must Manage Component Groups for Streams to populate the window.

Groups

New

Creates a new group and populates the Available Components panel with fix defined stream components.

Double-click NewTemplate1 to rename the group.

Delete

Deletes a selected group template.

Name

Displays the automatically created or defined group name.

Double-click the Name to rename the group.

Active

Defines whether to set a group to active or not.

If you select the Active check box for a group, the group is predefined and is considered when you Assign Component Groups to Streams.

If you do not select the Active check box for a group, the is not considered when you Assign Component Groups to Streams.

Available Components

Name

Displays the Name of a fix defined component. A list of names becomes available if you create a new group template.

Current Group

Displays the group name you have the component assigned to.

If the Current Group field is empty, you have not assigned a component to the group.

If the Current Group field is populated, you have a component of the Available Components assigned to a group.

If you select the displayed group in the Groups panel, you find the component in the Selected Components panel.

Description

Displays a predefined description of the component. Currently there are no descriptions predefined.

Refer to Multi-Select Filter Mode for further information.

Selected Components

Name

Displays the component Name you have already assigned to a group.

Description

Displays a predefined description of the component. Currently there are no descriptions predefined.
