Create Worlds and Classes

Before links can be created, the worlds and classes they are assigned to must first be created.
The Folders/Classes tab on the Linked Documents window displays the existing worlds and classes.
The left-hand part of the Linked Documents widow displays the existing structure of worlds, folders and classes in an explorer tree-view.

The middle part of the Linked Documents window displays the linked documents.
The right part of the Linked Documents window assigns the classes that the currently selected link is assigned to.
If a check box is selected, the currently selected link is assigned to that class.
If a check box is not selected, the currently selected link is not assigned to that class.

New world |
Right-click within the linked document hierarchy and select New world to create a new world. A node for the new world is added to the explorer, type a unique name for the new world. |

New folder |
Right-click the currently selected world or folder and select New folder to create a new folder. A node for the new folder is added to the explorer, type a unique name for the new folder. |

New class |
Right-click the currently selected world or folder and select New class to create a new class. A node for the new class is added to the explorer, type a unique name for the new class. |

Collapse all |
Right-click within the linked document hierarchy and select Collapse all to collapse the explorer view. |

Cut |
Right-click the selected class or folder and select Cut to cut the element to the clipboard for a later paste operation. |

Copy |
Right-click the selected world, class or folder and select Copy to copy the element to the clipboard for a later paste operation. |

Paste |
Pastes the world, class or folder that is stored on the clipboard. |
|
Rename |
Right-click the selected world, class or folder and select Rename to rename the element. |

Delete |
Right-click the selected world, class or folder and select Delete to delete the element. |
