Draws an elliptical arc with specified axes and parameters using rotation.
The prompt Specify the start of the first axis or <Centre> is displayed.
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start point of the first axis of the ellipse that the arc is derived from.
The prompt Specify the first axis length or is displayed.
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the length of the first axis.
The prompt Specify the second axis length or <#mm> is displayed.
Input R at the prompt and press Enter.
The prompt Specify the rotation around the first axis or <#deg> is displayed.
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the rotation angle around the first axis.
The prompt Specify the start angle or <Finish> is displayed.
Input P at prompt and press Enter.
The prompt Specify the start parameter or <Finish> is displayed.
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to define the start position of the arc.
The prompt Specify end parameter or <Finish> is displayed.
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to define the end position of the arc.
The arc is drawn and the command ends automatically.
