Status definition

Select a status definition from the available list.

Limit the number of revisions displayed to

Click to check the check box to limit the specified number of revision to be displayed.

Display the latest revision first

Click to check the check box to display the latest revision first.

Pin earliest revisions

Click to check to the check box to specify the number of revisions to be pivoted in the revision block.

Note:
These will always be fixed in the revision block displayed on a data sheet or drawing.

Display part 1 revisions only

Click to check the check box to display the part 1 revisions only in the revision block.

Display revisions in

Row

Select to display the revisions horizontally in the revision block.

Columns

Select to display the revisions vertically in the revision block.

Display headers

Click to check the check box to display the headers in the revision block.

Add attribute

Select to add an attribute to the attribute/header list.

Remove attribute

Select to remove an attribute to the attribute/header list.
