Add a New Function to a Tabbed Menu

It is advisable to keep customizations separate from the standard product if possible. This minimizes the amount of rework that is necessary when a new version of AVEVA E3D is released. Adding company or project specific functions to new tabs avoids the need to keep customized UIC files in step with standard product UIC files.
