Modify Report Control Format

Modifies the format of the control using a predefined format style. The example describes how to modify the numbering format from two decimal places to a single decimal place.

Click the control on the report to be modified.

Click the Smart tag symbol at the top-right of the control to display the Tasks window.

Click the ellipsis next to Format String to display the Format String Editor window.

Select the required format style and click OK to close the Format String Editor window and save the changes.

Click the Print Preview tab to display a preview of the current report layout with the modified report control.
