By default the Export tool creates a Microsoft Excel file containing 12 sheets named as follows:
|
Teams |
Users |
|
Authenticated Users |
Databases |
|
Foreign Includes |
Extracts |
|
Working Extracts |
Multiple Databases (MDBs) |
|
Access Control Rights (ACRs) |
ACR Groups |
|
Scopes |
Roles and Permissible Operations (Perops) |
Where multiple MDBs exist in the project, there will be an Excel sheet for each MDB.
The first row in every sheet is a comment line containing column descriptions. A comment line starts with a hash character (#) and is ignored by the import tool.
Although this is the default layout, it is possible to have any number of the sheets deleted or renamed (for example all the data could be held by only one sheet).
