Reclassify an existing counter

If an physical object is reclassified from one class to another where the naming rules are the same then the existing counter is retained.

When a physical object is reclassified from one class to another where the naming rules do not match, then the counter is released from the source tag and becomes available from use with another tag.

Note:
If the target class of tag to be reclassified has a naming rule with mandatory naming parts and values for those attributes are empty then the Rename Tag window is displayed, enter the required values.
