Diagnostic Messages From Within PML Files

It is often useful to output a line to the screen from within a running PML file to indicate that the execution of the program has reached a particular stage.

Use the $P command:

$P !Total is: $!Total and !Maximum is: $!Maximum

Note:
The use of $ to convert the value of a variable to a STRING.
