Draws an ellipse with a specified radius of the first axis and the length of the second axis with rotation.
The prompt Specify the centre point or <Vertex> is displayed.
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the center point of the ellipse.
The prompt Specify the first axis radius or is displayed.
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to specify the length of the radius of the first axis.
The prompt Specify the second axis length or <#mm> is displayed.
Input R at the prompt and press Enter.
The prompt Specify the rotation around the first axis or <#deg> is displayed.
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the angle of rotation around the first axis.
The ellipse is drawn and the command ends automatically.
