Sending Messages to Other Users

To send messages to other users, click Send Message on the Tools tab. The Send Message window is displayed.

The user can send a message to one of the following:

• An individual user.

• All members of a specified team.

• All active project users.

The message will be displayed only to users already in the AVEVA base product when the command is given, and then only when they change modules or leave the AVEVA base product.

The user can list messages. A message is deleted automatically once it has been displayed.
