Update or Delete Project Data

To update or delete project data, access the Interdisciplinary Project Data window by selecting Utilities > Interdisciplinary Project Data > Manage from the main menu.

After project creation, the base name, location and common databases cannot be changed. The date and time of project creation is displayed at the top of the window, next to the Base Name field.

The window displays lists of Disciplines and Maturity levels for review purposes, as before project creation. In the case of Discipline, a green tick is displayed next to those disciplines for which has been defined for the project.

Disciplines created after project creation (Create Disciplines) will therefore be displayed without a green tick. To define project data for these Disciplines, click Update Project Data.

If there are no new Disciplines, a warning is displayed to inform the user that all project data has already been created. Otherwise, the required project data (Teams etc.) is then created.

Delete Project Data

Click Delete Project Data.

A project definition can be deleted if no data has been stored in any of the its databases. In a Global project, databases can only be deleted at the Hub, and only if these databases have not allocated to a Satellite location.
