Print Grid

Use Print Grid to preview and print the currently displayed grid.
The Print Preview window is displayed.
The Print Preview window displays a preview of the grid.
The File menu includes a Page Setup option, which displays the standard Windows Page Setup window.
Thumbnail images of each page are displayed on the left-hand pane of the window. The section of the page currently being viewed is enclosed in the thumbnail.
The thumbnail part of the Print Preview window can be opened or closed by selecting Thumbnails from the View menu.
The toolbar and menus can be used to view and define the printed area.

Prints the currently displayed grid. |

Hand Tool |
Drags the page view in any direction. Click on the page with the tool activated, drag the page until the required view is visible and release the mouse button. Also available on the Tools menu. |

Snapshot Tool |
Takes a screen capture of a page, or part of a page. Captures are copied to the clipboard. To take a capture of an entire page, click on the page with the tool activated. To take a capture of a part of a page, click on one corner of the area to be captured, then drag the cursor to the opposite corner of the area and release the mouse button. Also available on the Tools menu. |

Dynamic Zoom Tool |
Increases the magnification of the view when the cursor is dragged up the page or the mouse wheel is rolled up. Decreases the magnification of the view when the cursor is dragged down or the mouse wheel is rolled down. Also available on the Tools menu. |

Zoom In Tool |
Zooms into the selected page to the next standard zoom level. Also available on the Tools menu. |

Zoom Out Tool |
Zoom out of the selected page to the next standard zoom level. Also available on the Tools menu. |
|
Page Width |
Sets the view to the same width as the current page. Also available on the View menu. |
|
Margin Width |
Sets the view to the width of the margins of the grid image on the current page. Also available on the View menu. |

Whole Page |
Sets the view to display the entire current page. Also available on the View menu. |
|
Zoom Out |
Zooms out from the page to the next standard zoom level. Also available on the View menu. |
|
Zoom |
Modifies the magnification of the view using a typed value or a value selected from the list adjacent to the field. Also available on the View menu. |

Zoom In |
Zooms into the page to the next standard zoom level. Also available on the View menu. |
|
Continuous |
Removes the gaps between different pages in the main view. Repeat the command to re-insert the gaps. |

Page Layout |
Opens a drop-down list with various page layout options. |

Close Preview |
Closes the Print Preview window. Also available from the File menu (Exit). |

First Page |
Displays the first page of the preview. Also available on the View menu. |
|
Previous Page |
Displays the previous page of the preview. Also available on the View menu. |
|
Next Page |
Displays the next page of the preview Also available on the View menu. |
|
Last Page |
Displays the last page of the preview Also available on the View menu. |

Previous View |
Displays the previous view. Also available on the View menu. |

Next View |
