View Status Graphical Report

Displays a graphical breakdown indicating the proportion of selected elements at each status.
Each colored segment of the chart represents a status in the lifecycle currently selected for the grid, as explained in the legend.
Hover the mouse cursor over a segment to view the percentage of selected elements that the segment represents.
Right-click on a segment, from the displayed drop-down list, select one of the following:

List Elements |
Displays a list of the elements included in the segment. The title of the window indicates the status of the elements in the segment.

Add to My Data |
Adds the selected elements to a collection. |
|
Edit Status |
Changes the status of selected elements to a selected status in the lifecycle. |

Status History |
Displays a history of status changes for selected elements along with other session history. |
Right-click on the report background, from the displayed drop-down list, select one of the following:

Chart Type |
Modifies the display of the chart display using a selected chart type. For example, a bar chart or a pie chart. |

Chart Legend |
Modifies the position of the legend. For example, top or left. |
|

Prints the currently displayed chart. |
|
Save |
Saves the chart as an *.xml file. Use the Save Statistic Generator definition window to navigate to the desired location and name the saved file. |

Load |
Loads a chart from a *.xml file. Use the Load Statistic Generator definition window to navigate to the desired chart and select the file. |

|
Refresh |
Refreshes the window with any changes made since it was opened. |
