Previews

Where a preview of a report is displayed in Reporting, any data returned is limited to the first 20 records. The preview is cached and any changes to the underlying data are not displayed until the report is ran, or Reporting is closed and re-opened. Refer to Print Preview for further information

Note:
If filters are added to a data source, the performance of the preview can be affected. Where previews are shown in a Quick Report, all data is displayed.
