Use the Languages functionality to define the default and available languages for the project.
Note:
This functionality is only available to the system administrator.
Note:
Only one language can be set as the default language, the first added language is
automatically set as the default language.

Launch the Configuration module.

Create a language attribute, add a name, description and attribute properties as shown below.
Note:
Language variant attributes can only be String type.

Select the Project tab.

Select Languages, the Project Deliverable Languages window is displayed.

Click to select the Show language when there is no current language value check box.

Click to select the down arrow next to the Language field.

From the list of available languages select English (World), the Default radio button is automatically selected.

Click Add.

Click to select the down arrow next to the Language field.

From the list of available languages select German (Germany)

Click Add.

Click to select the down arrow next to the Language field.

From the list of available languages select Spanish (Brazil).

Click Save.

Exit the Configuration module.

Launch the Engineer module.

Select Project then Languages, the Deliverable Languages page is displayed.

Use the radio button to specify the current language.
Note:
By default, the operating system's active input language is the current language. If the operating system's active input language is not in the valid set of input languages, the default project language is used as the current language. If a default language setting is not found, the language variant functionality is not available.
