View Power Explorer

Displays a hierarchical tree-view of the electrically powered items in a project.

Note:
For the Power Explorer to be visible E&I tab, the Electrical discipline must be selected for the project in the Configuration module (go to Settings >Electrical > Discipline, set Discipline to Electrical).

For a busbar tag, the hierarchy of powered items is displayed as follows:

Busbar Tag

• Type of Connection (Outgoing Feeder, Incomer, Coupler)

  • Connected Tag

  • Compartment

  • Main Device/Linked Devices

    • Linked Devices linked to Linked Devices

  • Logical Power Cable

    • Physical Cables i.e. found in the Cable Schedule

  • Spares (can be dragged and dropped between busbars in the explorer)

Other hierarchies are displayed for:

• Generators

• Power Centers

• Transformers

• Distribution Boards

• Motors

• Other Power Equipment
