Import and Update Updated Simulation Data in AVEVA Engineering Automatically

To import and update the updated simulation data in AVEVA Engineering automatically

1. Start AVEVA Unified Engineering - Engineer as PROC.ENG.

2. On the Simulation tab in the Notification area, select Manage Notifications to display the Notification window.

   

3. Select the Pro 2 notification.

4. Click Import to start the import process until the Importing Cooling Water - Simulation message window is displayed.

   

5. Click OK to display the Update Functional Objects message window.

   

6. Click Yes to display the Compare and Update window.

   

7. In the Tags panel, select the checkbox in the title bar to enable all check boxes in the panel.

8. Select the check box of the Show Attributes for selected Unit Operations option.

9. In the Attributes panel, select the checkbox in the title bar to enable all check boxes in the panel.

10. Click Update.

    Updates all the changes on the equipment and the streams to the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and the Functional Items (FUNITES).

    Alternatively you can Send Data from AVEVA Engineering to AVEVA Process Simulation and Send Updated Data from AVEVA Process Simulation to AVEVA Engineering and Update Manually .
