Assign Component Groups to Streams

Prerequisite

• Manage Component Groups for Streams

To use groups in AVEVA Engineering - Engineering

1. Open Process Flow Diagram or Open Functional Item Grid.

2. Select all streams on the PFD or in the grid.

3. On the Simulation Tab in the Components area, select Assign to to display the Assign Component Groups window.

   

4. Select the check box of the groups you want assign to the streams.

5. Click Assign.

   The groups are assigned to the identified stream and highlighted as modifed in the FUNITE Grid.

   

   You can Display Components Groups for Streams in Stream Viewer now.
