Add DB Sets

If the user has created a DB Set, they can add it to an MDB in one operation. In the Create MDB window, right-click in one of the scrolling list areas. Select (De) Select DB Set and select the DB Set from the DB Set Selection window. Then add the Set using the arrow button as normal.
