Converting a Form to VarChars and Layout Form

For many forms, simply editing 'setup form' to 'layout form' will achieve a correct layout, or may require a few simple adjustments to do so, however, a cautious approach is needed because of non-backwards compatibility issues.

For some forms, the intended layout may be radically altered. If this is the case, then try the following two-stage process:

1. Convert Setup Form from FixChars to VarChars.

2. Convert from Setup Form VarChars to Layout Form.
