Note: By default, the Reverse Stream function is greyed out. If you select a stream, the Reverse Stream function becomes available.
Reverses the flow direction of selected streams in Process Flow Diagram (PFD) drawings.

The respective connection information on the stream gets updated, too.

Specific use cases when reversing streams
Inline Items
Note: To recognize inline items in a PFD for a proper reverse process, the current release contains the required configuration. If the inline item is not flipping you must prepare the inline item. For more information, see Prepare inline items for flipping in Configuration module.
When you have prepared inline items and a stream ends in an inline item, the application reverses both streams connected to the inline item and processes them until it reaches a stream whose ends link to a Process Equipment.

The software updates also the respective connection information on the stream.

Off Page Connectors (OPC's) across sheets
Note: To recognize OPC's in PFD for a proper reverse process across sheets, the current release contains the required configuration. If the OPC symbol is not showing up across sheets you must prepare the OPC with the appropriate pairing symbols in the Configuration module. Then you can connect the OPC's on the two sheets. For more information, see Prepare Off Page Connector symbols for the reverse stream process in Configuration module.
When you have prepared the OPC's and you reverse the streams which link to connected OPC's on two different sheets of a PFD, the process reverses both, streams and OPC's as well.
