Add Parts

Adds parts to a specified tag as defined in the conceptual model. Sub-parts can be added to classes with has Part or can have Part associations.
Use the Add Parts window to display existing parts and to add parts to tags.

The Add Parts window displays a list of classes that can be added as parts.
Add Part Type
Use the Select Class window to add a class to the list of classes.

Search |
Type a string to be searched in the Search field, matching content is displayed below the field. Alternatively, navigate through the tree hierarchy and select a class. |

Select |
Selects the class and closes the Select Class window. |
Filter

Filters the list of classes using a selection from the drop-down list. |

Has existing parts |
If the check box is selected, the list of classes is filtered to display only classes that have associated sub-parts. If the check box is not selected, the list of classes is not filtered to display only associated sub-parts. |
Class
Displays the class name.
No. of Tags
Specifies the number of sub-parts to add to the class.
Tags
Displays the sub-parts that are associated with the class. The functionality is not available if there are no sub-parts associated with a class.

Naming Rule
Modifies the naming convention for each associated sub-part. The Name, Default Name and Counter Type can be modified.
Note:
The functionality becomes available when the No. of Tags field is populated.

Click OK to add the sub-parts to the specified class.
A progress bar is displayed during the sub-parts association process.

A confirmation message is displayed indicating that the sub-parts association was successful.
