Datasheet Template Editor

Use the Datasheet Template Editor window to design a new datasheet template or edit an existing one with the use of attribute mapping and various editing tools and controls. A basic template can be designed in Excel then the Datasheet Template Editor can be used to edit, map attributes and add controls to the datasheet.

All of the tasks that are associated with the creation or modification of a datasheet template are initiated from a central window which acts as a task hub. Depending on selections made in the Datasheet Template Editor window, further input may be required. Clicking an element in a datasheet template displays the Properties pane for that element. For example, clicking an image and selecting Is Editable = True in the Properties pane, enables users to replace the image in a datasheet instance created from the template.
