Run, Print and Export Reports

Report data can be published to various formats, for example a printed copy, a PDF file or published to AVEVA Asset Information Management (AVEVA AIM).

On the Report Designer tab, in the AVEVA group, click Run Report to publish a report, the report is executed and the full data set is returned and displayed in the Run Report window

The Run Report window provides functionality for printing the report, exporting to various file formats, and publishing the report in PDF format, with data and associations if configured, to AVEVA AIM.
