Delete a User Defined Element Type Definition

In a Lexicon session the DELETE command can be used to remove User Defined Element Types (UDETs).
Object instances of this type will then no longer be recognized. They will default back to the original system type. Any extra User-Defined Attributes (UDAs) assigned to the UDET will also be deleted.
