Advanced Reconfiguration

The previous sections in this chapter describe how a single Database (DB) can be reconfigured. In a real AVEVA base product Project, with many DBs of different types and with reference attributes pointing from one DB to several other DBs, reconfiguration is usually a more complex process.

This section describes how one or more DBs can be reconfigured in such an environment. It also describes how part of a DB can be reconfigured, rather than the whole DB.

Note:
If the SAMEREF option is used, the reconfiguration is much simpler.
