Solution

The error is generated because files are missing in the Operating System that Global has a dependency on.

The highlighted reference is an indication that the Microsoft Enterprise Libraries cannot be found.

Microsoft Enterprise Library 4.1 is installed by default but if the user is copying the daemon components to another workstation then the following components must also be copied:
