Delete Records

Deletes the currently selected records. The Confirm Delete window is displayed. Click Yes to confirm the deletion or click No to cancel the deletion.

If a record is referenced on a drawing, the Confirm Delete window is displayed. Click Yes to confirm the deletion or click No to cancel the deletion.

Note:
If a record is deleted that is referenced on a drawing, the symbol and all attached labels that represent the item are deleted from the drawing canvas.

If a record is referenced on a drawing and undeleted, the Un-delete window is displayed. Click Yes to confirm the undelete or click No to cancel the undelete.

Note:
The connectivity information for undeleted items on a drawing cannot be restored. This can corrupt the drawing.

Records can be deleted using the Database Explorer.
