Process PowerWheel

Discipline specific PowerWheel commands are available when a process flow diagram is open. The Process tile becomes available on the general PowerWheel when a P&ID drawing is open. Refer to General PowerWheel for further information.

Insert HMB Table

Inserts an HMB table on the drawing canvas. The functionality is available if objects are currently selected, or if objects are not currently selected.

Edit HMB Table

Modifies an HMB table. The functionality is only available if an HMB table is currently selected.

Split Upstream

Splits the stream connected to an inline item on the upstream connection. The stream can only be split if the from and to connections are properly set. The functionality is only available if a single inline item is selected.

Split Downstream

Splits the stream connected to an inline item on the downstream connection. The stream can only be split if the from and to connections are properly set. The functionality is only available if a single inline item is selected.

Eng Item (no Data)

Creates an engineering item for the selected functional item using the class mapping configuration. The functionality is only available if a valid functional item is selected.

Eng Item (with Data)

Creates an engineering item for the selected functional item, and propagates attribute values using the class mapping configuration. The functionality is only available if a valid functional item is selected.

Update Eng Item

Updates attribute values for the engineering item associated with a selected functional item. The functionality is only available if a valid functional item is selected.

Update PFD

Updates the attribute values for all engineering items associated with functional items on the drawing canvas.

Send to Simulation

Sends a notification to AVEVA Process Simulation containing information about modified elements.

Assign to Group

Assigns chemical components to a stream. The functionality is only available if a stream element is selected.
