View Set Detail

If a Database View Set is selected in the Database Views Editor then View Detail displays. If the definition can be modified, the display name and the description of the Database View Set can also be modified.

A Database View Set is a set of Database Views that have been defined for a related purpose and can be used to group Database Views for easy navigation. A Database View belongs to a Database View Set if it is a member of the Database View Set definition or if its DBVWSTREF attribute refers to the Database View Set.

Note:
The DBVWSTREF attribute is not editable when the Database Views Editor is being used.

If required the display name, description and element type of the Database View Set can be modified.

User-defined name

The display name for the Database View Set, the name needs to be unique. The display name is situated at the top of the View Set Detail by the padlock for easy reference.

Description

A description of the Database View Set.

Element types

Displays the element types included in the database view set, click Browse to display the Select element type window.
