Issue Extracts

Issues saved changes made to extracted records to the parent extract or database and releases the records, use the Issue Extract window to specify which of the currently selected records are issued.

The Issue Extract window displays the attribute groups associated with the selected records, and the columns in each attribute group.

Select

Defines the records or attribute groups that are issued.

If the check box is selected, the record or attribute group is issued.

If the check box is not selected, the record or attribute group is not issued.

Comments

If required, a comment can be typed into the field.

If a selected record or attribute group has been edited, it must be saved before it can be issued. If it is not, the release will fail. An error message is displayed.
