Revert Database initiates a new session that instructs the system to ignore one or more previous sessions without deleting them. Additionally, in E3D, revert can be used to restore specific elements within a database. Refer to Revert Elements.
For example, to REVERT the database to session 134, a new session 137 is introduced that ignores sessions 135 &136 and displays the data as it was presented in the database session 134.

This functionality is available only via the command line.
REVERT <database name> TO <session number/stamp/time date>
In the example, the revert will appear identical to users, displaying the same earlier versions of the data. If database session 137 is backtracked, sessions 135&136 will be reinstated.
