Reverse Assignments

As the name suggests, some assignments can be done the other way round. For example, a single Scope is usually assigned to a single Access Control Right (ACR). If however, the user wants to assign a number of ACRs to a single Scope, they can use the concept of reverse assignments.

To do this, select the multiple ACRs and drag-and-drop them onto the Scope. The Scope will be now assigned to all the selected ACRs.

With the reverse assignment option, it is possible to assign:

• Teams to Users (e.g. to add a User to a number of Teams in single operation).

• Users to ACRs or ACR Groups.

• ACR Groups to ACR (e.g. to add an ACR to multiple groups at once)

• ACRs to Roles or Scopes.
