Current Element Editor

The Current Element Editor window displays the attributes of the currently selected element in the Dictionary Explorer window. Attributes are grouped into categories, such as General, Basic definition, Presentation, Protection, Design and Misc, the category display is dependent upon the CE.

When an attribute is selected, a description of the attribute displays at the bottom of the Current Element Editor window.

Detach

The Current Element Editor window can be detached so that it stays focused to the element in the Dictionary Explorer it was created for.

Use the Current Element Editor window to create and detach multiple Current Element Editor windows and edit each element without the need to navigate to it in the Dictionary Explorer window.
