Release Records from Extract Claims

Releases the currently selected records from an extract claim, use the Release Extract window to specify which of the currently selected records are claimed.

The Release Extract window displays the attribute groups associated with the selected records, and the columns in each attribute group.

Select

Defines the claim state of each record or attribute group.

If the check box is selected, the record or attribute group is released from an extract claim.

If the check box is not selected, the record or attribute group is not released from an extract claim.

If a selected record or attribute group has been edited, it must be saved before it can be released. If it is not, the release will fail. An error message is displayed.
