ERM Integration - Browse

Use the Design in Context functionality to view live data from AVEVA ERM directly from within AVEVA E3D Design based on the element selected in the application. Or use to view live data as pseudo attributes.

Note:
Data can also be viewed for objects that have been created in AVEVA Engineering and then published to AVEVA ERM and also imported to AVEVA E3D Design using the Compare/Update functionality. For such objects, Design in Context uses the object's reference id, as it is known in AVEVA Engineering, to synchronize and display the data in AVEVA E3D Design.

To view live data from AVEVA ERM in AVEVA E3D Design, the AVEVA ERM settings must be configured, refer to Dashboard Server Selection in Design in Context for further information.

Associated Information

The data displayed in the Associated Information window is delivered live from AVEVA ERM.

Note:
If the connection is down the Associated Information window is displayed blank.

When only AVEVA ERM is Configured

When only AVEVA ERM is configured the Associated Information window is displayed as follows populated with Material Information and Planning Information.

When Both AVEVA ERM and AVEVA AIM are Configured

When both AVEVA ERM and AVEVA AIM are configured, the Associated Information window is displayed as follows with Material Information and Planning Information.
