Import Drawings from DEXPI File

The procedure describes how to import drawings from a DEXPI file.

1. On the Drawings tab, in the Import group, click Import DEXPI to display the Open window.

   

2. On the Open window, navigate to the required DEXPI file (.xml) and click Open to display the Import DEXPI Drawings window.

   

3. On the Import DEXPI Drawings window, select the required check boxes in the Selected column and click Import to import the selected drawings.

   A progress bar displays, indicating the progress of the imported drawings.

   

4. Make sure the selected drawings are imported, and all engineering items and attributes are imported correctly with intelligent data.
