Status Control

Status Definition

Displays a list of the status definitions (lifecycles) applied to the elements in the current grid that are available for selection.

The class name of the selected tag is appended to the Display Tag value of the status definition (specified in the Workflow Explorer in Configuration)

The Display Tag attribute is available in both conceptual and non-conceptual model projects. If no value is set for the Display Tag attribute, then the description of the status definition is used.

Note:
In conceptual model enabled projects, the display name of the discipline is appended to the class name of discipline-specific class types (XPITEM). This helps you to identify which status is being applied on which discipline.

For example - Cabinet class discipline specific types (CabinetMECHUDET and CabinetELECUDET) are displayed with the discipline name and class name.

Status Graphical Viewer

Displays a graphical representation of the selected lifecycle.

Status Values

Displays a list of lifecycle status values that are available for selection.

Select Rows

Selects all the elements in a grid that share the same lifecycle status.

A progress bar is displayed during the search process. The search can be cancelled if required. When the search is complete, items with the specified status are selected and highlighted.
