User Defined Element Types

Within the software, the standard set of elements are often used for a variety of purposes. A User Defined Element Type (UDET) allows an element to be created with a more meaningful name, for example an administrator can create clearly defined sub types such as Pipe Lagging, Pipe Painted and Pipe Heated.
