Draws a circle with a specified radius using a distance or reference point.
The prompt Specify the centre point or <Circumference> is displayed.
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the center point of the circle.
The prompt Specify the radius or <Diameter> is displayed.
Input C at the prompt and press Enter.
The prompt Specify distance or reference point or <Diameter> is displayed.
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify a reference point, with relation to the center point of the circle.
The prompt Specify the radius <or Diameter> is displayed.
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the radius of the circle, with respect to the reference point.
The circle is drawn and the command ends automatically.
