Use the New Cable Catalogue Item functionality to create catalog cables and add them to the cable catalog.
Class
Displays the class of the new catalog cable.

Displays the Select window, select or search for the new catalog cable class.
Description
Displays the description of the catalog cable class.
Catalogue No.
Use to specify the number or name of the catalog cable in the catalog.
Description
Use to specify the description of the catalog cable.
Group type
Use to specify the group type of the catalog cable.
The name of the adjacent field changes depending on the type selected. For example:
No. of cores / pairs / triads / quads
Use to specify the number of cores, pairs, triads of quads, depending on the selected group type.
Earth core(s)
Use to specify whether or not the catalog cable has earth cores.
No. of earth cores
Use to specify the number of earth cores.
Note:
Not active unless the Earth core(s) check box is checked.
Overall screen / shield
Use to specify whether or not the catalog cable has an overall screen or shield.
Neutral
Use to specify whether or not the catalog cable includes a neutral core.
Group screen / shield
Use to specify whether or not the catalog cable has a group screen or shield.
Ground Check
Use to specify whether or not the catalog cable has a ground check conductor.
