Assign Symbol

Use the Assign > Symbol option to assign a drawing symbol to an item selected in a library grid.

Display name

The display name of the item selected in the library grid.

Class name

The class name of the item selected in the library grid.

Drawing type

Lists the drawing types associated with the library item, as added using the Select drawing type window.

Multiple drawing types may be selected so that different symbols can be assigned to different types of drawing.

Opens the Select Symbol window.

Symbol name

The name of the symbols assigned to the item in the Select Symbol window.

Symbol palette

The symbol palettes of the symbols assigned to the item in the Select Symbol window.

Symbol

Thumbnail images of the symbols assigned to the item in the Select Symbol window.

+ button

Opens Select drawing type window.

- button

Deletes the drawing type selected in the grid and removes any associated symbol assignations.
