Creates a record at the bottom of the currently selected grid.
If the grid is based on a database view which has been set up without creation rules, a new blank record is then added to the bottom of the grid. Enter details of the new record as required.
If the grid is based on a database view which has been set up with creation rules, use the Create element information window to define the record properties.

Enter the required information in the fields provided, and as required the optional information.
Default values can be defined for a session. The default values automatically populate the fields in the Create element information window and can be overwritten as required.
If Autonaming is in use, the name of the new record is automatically completed. In the case of grids based on views with creation rules setup, the Create element information window is displayed if there are rules covering no-name element attributes.
Note:
When tags are created they are partially reserved so if the application is closed
without saving work or if the application crashes then partially reserved tags can
be unreserved. An error is displayed if the reservation could not be completed during
Savework.
